How it Works
We work closely with you to bring your dream custom rug to life exactly the way you imagine it. From your initial design request to the moment it ships, we ensure you are an integral part of every single step. Every piece is proudly handmade from scratch in our studio based in Washington State, USA
1. Prepare your request
Consider what you want to get out of a custom rug. When you order, you will be asked to provide ideas and/or reference images for us to draft your design. You will also need to indicate whether you would like a floor rug or a hanging rug with or without frame.
3. Tufting Process
Once we have your approval to move forward with a design, we will begin the tufting process. This part is done by hand by our tufting artist.

2. Design Creation
Once your order is submitted, we will work to create a cutom design to fit your expectations. Before we begin tufting, we will get your approval on the design so you know exactly what you are getting!
4. Finishing and Packaging
Once the rug is complete, we will begin final finishing steps and carefully package your rug for safe shipping.
